Well, I can't say that I'm big on 'rules' but, my crack team of lawyers informs me that I will need to lay down some policies for ordering, shipping, and custom work. The following are the rules:

Ordering

If you would like to order anything you find here, either use the cart and Paypal system or send me an email here. If you do make the order through email, you have 7 days to make the payment. All orders must be greater than $10. In addition to Paypal, I also accept payment by money order, no checks please. All international orders email me before purchase to discuss shipping and payment details.

Shipping

I will ship all items by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is a flat fee, between $10 and $50 the cost will be $5. I will make every effort to ship your items within 3 days after receiving payment, with most orders being shipped within 24 hours. All items shipped within the United States will have a tracking number. Gutter's Goods will not be held responsible for items after they have been shipped. All international orders will have additional shipping charges which will be decided on an order by order basis. Please email me for details on international orders.

Returns

I strive to make every item with the utmost in quality. If however, you do want to return an item, I must ask that you first send an email stating you reason. If I can't satisfy your concern through that, we will discuss the terms of the return. In all cases of returned merchandise except defective merchandise, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. All returns will be in the form of credit for other items on this site except in the case of defective merchandise. Of course, if it's worn or washed, I can't accept it back unless there's a defect.

Custom

If you don't see exactly what you want, but you like the style, you can send me an email detailing exactly what it is you want. I will not duplicate any item exactly. Once we hash out what it is you want, I will need half of the cost immediately and the remainder once the item is ready for shipping. This is to protect me from flake-outs. I will require between one and two weeks to complete the item. You will need to provide all necessary measurements, which are not included in the cost. Wedding dresses WILL take longer than other orders. Please keep that in mind before contacting me. I have the right to refuse any custom order.
